I work at Target and we sell them individually. That’s how stores without scales at the registers tend to work.

TIL Target doesn’t have scales at the registers. For some reason this surprises me because some of them seem to have a pretty big produce section.

They are usually sold by the pound. They may be selling them by the each to try to get people to pay for the banana they give to their kid.
