I believe that the DLR module has failed. Last night, both headlights and running lights stopped working. But the parking lights, fog lights, and high beams all work. I swapped in an older bulb that still worked but it produced the same result. Apparently it’s not a totally uncommon problem on this model.
Pretty inconvenient to not have working headlights, but the fog lights will have to do until I can get it scheduled to be fixed. But I work normal business hours, and my wife’s new job is now the same so... Feh. I have zero experience with rewiring and I don’t want to practice on my wife’s car.

People actually like to bypass the DRL modules, so plenty of advice on how to do it yourself :)

Why would you have to rewire anything if the module failed? And I imagine you could pick one up at a junk yard pretty cheap.

Wire high beam plugs to low beam lights, order replacement unit from Rock Auto. Profit?

Try it, it can be. Not always, but worth trying.
