What are does and don’t of meeting someone from craigslist. Someone’s interested in looking at my car and we’ve agreed upon a public space during the daylight hours, what else should I be aware of or do?

It’s still always a good idea to tell someone where you’re going and what time you’re going there I think. Sometimes you can should take a buddy too.
I met this really strange guy once who came out of nowhere in an old Mercedes *cough *cough Ramblinrover

When we sold my wife’s car I took a picture of the guy’s plates and got his information from his driver’s license. I wasn’t overly concerned though because his wife stayed behind with my wife while we went on the test drive because they had a two week old in a car seat in their car.

That’s what I did, I couldn’t get a clear answer if he was buying or not as the ambulance took him away.
Kidding aside, he was a very nice guy looking for a car for his kids. He’s slightly concerned about the mileage, but still very interested.
