After working this morning (and changing my oil and rotating my tires while I was there), I went and bought a buffer and some new detailing stuff and proceeded to clay bar and polish the Silverado and UNF DOES IT LOOK GOOD.
Those with a keen eye would notice I removed the sagging door bump guards today as well. It looks muuuuch better.
Tomorrow I’m gonna wax it and paint my bowties a metallic dark grey. Gonna look great.

Nothing major, maybe a painted grille rather than the chome one and an aftermarket exhaust.

That looks great, good job. I take it you’re liking the truck? My sis that lives out in Illinois just bought a used Avy today to replaced her ancient Envoy.

I absolutely adore it. I haven’t found but one thing to “complain” about; it doesn’t have wheel controls for the stereo, but that’s such a little thing.

I have been removing door seals off the Galaxie to replace them, and repairing damaged sill plates WITH A WELDER because the owners of Fordors are unpeople and No Repro For You.

I washed my dads Tahoe today as well, then took it to my friends who work at the Toyota dealership detailing bay, and they gave me free reign!! Twas lit :)
