Depends on how much you drive it... but if it was me, I would budget $500/month for maintenance and repair.

I’d go with a 512TR myself.
There are factory wheels that don’t require TRX tires, right?

I know where one is in Honolulu, under a cover, her husband died and she won’t sell it. Needs TLC now, I don’t think she ever starts it. She lives down the street from someone in my family.

Better in white IMO, also matches the substance consumed in one:

Well thats all relative to the distance you stay from a ferrari service center.
Im sure the driving aspect won’t be an issue as there is always better more durable parts to put on the car. According to Richard, Jeremy & Captain Slow you’d better change the tires and handling components ASAP if you own one. lol

The late TRs (1988-onwards, maybe?) have 5-lug wheels with standard size tires.
The early cars, including all of the “monospecchio” single-mirror cars, have centrelock and TRX. Avoid those unless you are a baller collector.
512TRs have bubbled into billionaire toys over the past 3 years. Good luck finding one for under $200k.

Some reason I just always hated the Testarossas. My 90s horrible to maintain car is the V600 LM
