The radio in my van does not have Bluetooth, but it does have an AUX plug in the front. I was thinking of getting a Bluetooth dongle. Does anybody have any experience with these dongles?
Dongle.

I can tell you I wouldn’t get anything that hangs any kind of weight from the aux port.

Agreed, but this thing (shown only for purposes of illustration) must not weigh much at all.

Good to know. Thanks. Can you use it for calls, with the sound coming through the radio and the phone mic picking up your voice?

its more that ONE time you accidentally hit it with your cup or hand or whatever and break stuff.

Yes, and that is a concern, especially with the way the center console is laid out in my Odyssey. I’m going to investigate various designs, and maybe even use a cable to keep it out of the way.

You can, BUT, if your car is loud it won’t work very well.

Put it on the end of an AUX cord and, BOOM, problem solved.

It’s only loud when the kids are in it.

Then you ought to be fine, windows down may cause some issues too.

I wish I could get my son to practice his trumpet. He’s still in band, but aside from concerts, I haven’t heard him play in 6 months.

I have these two. Both work great.
