This nightmare has been on Craigslist for about a month now.

Another Oppo Carfaxed it for me awhile back, and the Carfax showed no issues. I’m thinking about offering something like $250 for it. What’s the worst that could happen?

The sketchiness is strong. If it had been a VTEC instead of a 4WS I would have completely ignored all the red flags and already asked about it.

The sad part is the main thing stopping me from asking about it is that it’s a 4-wheel steering model. The 4WS on these likes to break.

Eh, good point. I do have a 2WS car that could serve as a donor. I’m really holding out for a factory VTEC car, and i’ve found one not too far away, but it’s at a place that’s closed to the public and its status has been “auction pending” since 2015.
