Does a 4WD (with transfer case) body on frame van count as an SUV for purposes of this discussion? And yes, the nearly 60 year old UAZ 452 family are still made brand new - they retail for ~$15k US (although not for sale here).

It is used. I missed the “or newer” part of the challenge and thought it had to be a 2014 model year. New they start at 63,500.
