I used to use an old Dodge Intrepid seat with built in armrest and beer cupholder for playing video games and stuff in my basement. So like, the complete opposite.

I use an old chair from the 1960s that would look more at home in a fancy living room or one’s personal library in their study at home. But a new gaming seat based on a racing seat or ejection seat would be nice. I’d like to get this chair restored.

You can’t escape, might as well play a few video games

Glad you enjoy smashing the family jewels, the rest of us will take 6-point harnesses instead.
