More like Dent ft Camry.

My mom still thinks this is hilarious. She has two camrys and no dents...yet.

It’s a chicken Vs. egg question. No one knows which came first.

My moms only Camry dent was more of her Camry rear ended by someone hitting the gas instead of the brake at Mickey D’s.

How did no one come up with this until now!?

Well, the dent obviously came first but the Camry has made it a part of its own culture. Every other car is just appropriating the Camry culture when they have a dent, especially in that location.

I’ll never understand how people do that.

Obviously dents preclude the Camry, but the Camry dent is specific. I think the Camry dent was sketched on a bar napkin and later a car was designed with soft, easily dented bumper corners.

I have 2 big dents in my LS400 but neither are Camry dents. One is on the right front corner from dragging it across a Malibu when I was 16(7 years and it still hurts) and then the other on the trunk is from a nasty brick mailbox that someone decided to put at the end of a driveway that hooks. i.e. [House]_______/ The underline is the driveway and Mailbox was right under the forward slash on a steep hill in the fog. No way to see it. Also was at the house of the girl/on the night I asked said girl to be my girlfriend who is now my fiance and will be my wife in 32 days so it worked out.

I saw a Camry just like that today, but no dent. Then I realized the bumper cover didn’t match. I’ll just assume it previously had a dent.

It’ll get fixed once I don’t need it as a DD but until then the LS400 and it’s 307,000 miles plus of battle scars will live.
