It is no secret a used Corvette is an outstanding deal. Super car performance and reliability for the price of a Honda CRV. IF there is a mid engined Vette and that’s the buying publics only option what do you think will happen to the used Vette prices?

depends on HOW they introduce the mid engine.
if it goes mid engine ONLY first year, then I can see old ones jumping UP in price.
if they keep the FR layout alongside the MR, then I see the prices dropping a bit.

Look at Porsches and ferraris, it may hurt it short run but help long as people scramble for the last front engine vette.

That’s what I think too

I have a feeling the FR Vettes will go up a lot quicker than they otherwise would have

But the Corvette is already front-mid engine.

depends how high the mid engine is. If its 150k, then I don’t see the regular ones dropping, it will be a halo to a halo. . if its introduced to replace the z06 then you might have people trying to pass the FR to the MR.

Whoever wrote that ad should take a moment to feel bad about themselves for writing LOW MILEAGE without saying what the mileage is.
It’s in one of the photos at least. (50k)

Not any more than other generation changes. There are a lot of people out there who prefer the packaging advantages of front engines to the track day advantages of rear engines.

For a Vette that is high mileage yes. Anything else the mileage is excellent.

Mine had 270.000km... Corvettes are driven like regular cars by most people who own them... Only a few think they own a supercar that they keep in their garage lol

Bah, I was unclear. I agree that the mileage is low. It’s dumb to mention a selling point in all caps and then neglect to say what it is. It’s sort of like saying, “Wow I just thought of a great idea!” and that being the entire content of your message.
