Cant go wrong with a GM truck, and definitely cant go wrong with a 5.3. If it has it I recommend disabling cylinder deactivation and getting a simple trans and motor flash to bring it back to full 5.3 potential

Seriously, what is it with folks on here deciding that they need to make their distaste for a car known on the post the proud new owner makes about buying it? I’ve never told someone on here I don’t like there car, period. (Ok, so I once called out the Jeep Commander only to find out MontegoMan has one, but that’s different.)

Congrats on the new truck. Very, very nice. Technically you now have a nicer truck than your dad.

I’m honestly surprised my S600 didn’t get more hate when I bought it. Based on the responses to my various posts about it, I gather it’s not exactly a fan favorite around here. More for me I guess.

Lol I’d like to see any of the shade tree mechanics diagnose and fix ABC. It’d be hilarious. I have neither the time, skill or patience to fix the Benz. I work on all of my other cars, but, just not that one.

“You don’t need a Biturbo V12" I think people who haven’t driven one will just never get it. Sure it’s expensive to maintain, and yeah, no one really needs this much car, but I’ll be damned if I ever buy anything other than a V12 S class.
