Honestly, that’s not too far off from the price where I’d buy a car with a complete B18C1 anyway, if I knew the history and if it was in good shape. Or even if I could sell off other parts to recover costs. But I don’t know the history, and I don’t think it’s in good shape. And there’s not much left to sell off... Yowza.

I suppose you’re right but between the cabin temperature, the roaring noise, and the almost certainty of an exhaust leak nobody is going to live long enough for it to matter.
