I saw a yellow Rabbit caddy today. It had a white topper too. It was neat.

Wow!
There’s a house across the street from our favorite playground with old VW-obsessed owners. Were it not for that house, I couldn’t even say when I last saw one of these.

I’d noticed that, but didn’t pay attention. It’s a large college campus with lots of student apartments trying to attract students. I can’t say whether or not I’d take a specific apartment for the waffles.

Today I learned that Rexburg, Idaho exists, and has a Rabbit 4 years older than me somewhere in it.

I remember going into the VW dealer to get parts for our first-year 1974 VW Rabbit when it was two years old. I heard someone in back exclaiming to another, “they got a ‘74 Rabbit, and it still runs!” It was a pile of crap with many many things not right about it. Traded in for a Honda wagon.

...I might. But not if it’s just a crappy motel waffle maker.

We had an ‘82 (I believe) and it had issues, but my brother and I loved driving it.
