I know I photo MS Paint-shopped this weeb wheel on a car at some point but I don’t know where I got it. Any ideas?

It might be the angle playing tricks on the perspective. Depending on the offset, they can have a flat face. And there’s a white spot on one of the spokes which makes me think it’s the Work sticker.
