So I work as a valet driver and when I was working recently and two cars pull up, a top trim F-150 and a new 550. Go to the F-150 to get the guys info and driver says “I’ll pay for his too, he’s just a poor college kid” I assumed he was just joking about a co-worker but was like okay and take his money. I walk back to the BMW and sure enough what looked to be at best a freshman gets out of the drivers seat. It was like well shit, he wasnt lying.

First I thought damn, why would you drive an F-150 when you have the money to buy your kid a 550. Then I thought, damn, I wish I had a 550 as my college DD.

At least the kid got real leather seats, too many BMWs have the awful vinyl stuff.

The 550 could be a hand me down with a million miles on it. Who knows but I would have rather had a 550 than the shit box Grand Prix I had.

Its was damn near brand new, had like 20,000 miles on it. So I jut assumed it was bough new for the kid.

Also, thankfully my GP isnt a shit box just yet. Maybe soon, but not now.

You would be amazed with what some people show up in. I’m not saying you need a new car to come here, but damn, you’ve smoked out this car so much I can barely see through the windshield and the shift knob in concerningly sticky.

Don’t park it in the garage if you start smelling burnt oil. The head gasket leaks and drips oil on the manifold. I found out the hard way, it burnt my parents garage down.
