Drove fast, hit cones.

How often do you replace tires with your amount of autocrossing? I’ve only done 1 event per year the last 2 years but I’m looking into going a few more times.

I think this set will make it through a season of 12 events

I love your enthusiasm at the end! You got to do something with all that adrenaline.

I hit cones on every other run but I was having solid raw times. I was just glad I got a clean run in

That also depends on if you use a dedicated set of tires for autocross. And if you are using all seasons, regular summers, or something with a lower treadwear rating. If you do enough events, it becomes worthwhile to keep 2 dedicated sets so that you don’t have to compromise daily driving and autox into one set. I have been trying to just get 1 full season (like 12-15 events) out of a set of tires generally.
