I’m surprised how much detail they put into it! Based off my NB2 knowledge, it’s probably a ‘01 to ‘03. ‘04 changed the wheel style to split-5s instead of the twisted-5s. Black interior is interesting because this means it’s either a ‘01 to ‘02 base-trim (LS-package automatically came in tan/parchment interiors) Miata with the suspension package (gets you 16" wheels) or a ‘03 base-trim (16" wheels were standard from that year on). Also note the lack of fog lights, fog lights were standard on all US-bound NB2s, so this is either a non-USDM Miata or it could possibly be the rare ‘03 Clubsport (SCCA-focused stripped-out autocross Miata)! Also, the non-factory hard tonneau cover is an interesting design with the outside edge in classic red.

This comment is everything that makes Oppo great.

American Dad puts an uncommon amount of detail into cars for a cartoon. Like, even a random station wagon will be a Magnum rather than just a general wagon thing. There’s an episode about a French terrorist and they have him driving a DS.

Except for Stan’s car, which may or may not be a 3rd gen Ford Explorer. And Francine’s car, which I have no idea.

Greg and Terry sometimes are seen with a BMW wagon of some sort, and the level of detail is top notch.
