In the UK an other markets you can get a Juke with a n/a 1.6L & a 5spd.
You can get it with 117hp or 94hp. if you opt for the n/a 1.6L it only weights 2,679lbs.

Whatever happened to zero optioned cars, now they all have AC and electric windows.

In my market the 1.6 is the low power version, like you said 94 hp. There’s a 1.2 turbo as the mid range option with 115 or so hp. Top engine is the 1.6 turbo with variable output depending on if you get an RS or not.
You can get it with a 1.5L turbo diesel with 110 hp (and more torque than the RS) as well. Manual 6-speed only, in my market at least. I believe that engine is sourced from Renault.

Depends on the market I guess. Even some compacts don’t have AC as standard equipment, with the already overpriced Civic a clear example. Not that many people opt for those basest of base trim cars though.

The only car/truck I can think of that is sold without AC in the US might be some stripped down fleet pickups used by citys and county’s for maintenance.

You can, but they usually have a Renault diesel.
