I’m having some lamb meatballs, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, chicken, pea pod and curry stir fry, roasted potatoes and a healthy side of rice and beans with cassava flour. How about you?

mmmm, lamb. I love lamb. Steaming the brocoli and cauliflower is my favourite way to cook them.
I’m having haddock and pollock with cheddar cheese and mustard sauce fishcakes, with cheesy mash and thick cheese sauce.
oh, and a bottle of Guinness Golden Ale.
