It’s not just Marauder wheels, there’s a late model Panther frame and newer power train under there. It belongs to Canadian Moose and it’s called the Mod Box .

I came across this picture before I found the one I used above:
The over-sized rear tires are a little silly and those Mustang wheels get uglier the closer I look at them, but now I want a late-90s Town car on a set of sweet five-spoke wheels.
