I’ll settle for a 3-bay garage, if I must.

I have a feeling I couldn’t afford to rent one of those garage bays.

The house to garage ratio here is just about right.

And the space above is just massive bonus room. I would just turn it into a shop/lounge with a fire pole.

Omit bonus room floor, install full height auto lifts. add ceiling-mounted dropdown toolboxes and workbench.
Seeing as the slab is already poured, you’ll have to do without radiant heat in the floor.

Only a 3 car? But... “you have 4 cars”.

I refuse to settle for less than 5.

One of the houses we looked at when we bought our current place had a 3 car garage. And another, detached 2+ car garage because why not. Somehow we chose location over having a garage at all, wtf. Whoever said location was important, anyway?!

I’m the proud owner of a 3-car garage. Cost of living in Oklahoma is stupid cheap.
