I bought my 1995 4.0/4x4/5speed Cherokee for $1800, put $500 into it and sold it for $2000. Not bad at all
My parents bought it for me as a temporary vehicle after my truck’s cat went out and their 2000 Odyssey’s tranny went out last summer. Now my parents have a 2013 Civic and my truck runs beautifully again. Glad that nightmare is over, Now I gotta go deliver this cash to my parents.

Considering where it was last month, it’s great.
Make sure you never sell that ranger.

Ha! I’d say the market for a half-decent running XJ has found a resting place. I bought a 93 back in 2005 for around $2000, owned it for a few months and sold it for the same.
