I did some huge wide egg noodles with a mushroom sauce I got from installing the Italian pavilion at the food show, then I added some cut up bratwurst. I liked it. I have done the pavilion three years in a row now, seems like the company will just keep doing that, but I get a crapload of sauce every year, and they are better than anything I can find here, even in the good stores.

I make my kids mac and cheese with pepperoni in and a sauce made from velveeta and cream. They love it and think it is a special treat, but really it’s simple as hell to make.
