Razor Grille? That narrows it down. They used that from 1966 to 1978. If the truck hasn’t been seen on the road since around 1977 I bet it’s a 1970-1973.

Edit! 1974 was the first year for standard Disk brakes. This is a Drum truck so pre 1974 for sure.
