Audi IS offering a 6MT in the A4 in Canada. Quattro only though.
No A5 Sportback though, that is strictly S-Tronic.
Another interesting observation though. Cadillac, BMW and Audi has precisely divided up the non-performance, manual luxury sedan market:
A4 2.0L Manual for AWD 4-cylinder
ATS 2.0L Manual for RWD 4-cylinder
340i Manual for RWD/AWD 6-cylinder

Is it Quattro “ultra” only?

I saw some post somewhere about legally importing a Canadian market car, gonna dig it up.

They’re doing the same in the US with MT in quattro A4 and no MT in A5 at all. Can you not get a 320i or 330i RWD MT in Canada? Last time I checked it was still an option in the US.

lucky bugger!
we don’t get that option down under!

Nope, restricted to 340i, like I mentioned.
To make matters worse, for 2017 RWD variants of the 320 and 330 are also gone.

But why though, you actually have more manual choices than us, BMW has manual across the board for the 3 series, we only have the 340.

That’s insane. Do they just assume it snows year round in Canada?

But you have the Mazda 6 GT and the Subaru Outback as a manual.
