Finally cleaned the E30 the other day. It was covered in dirt/dust. The car looked pale red because of it. After getting the new fuel tank put in as well as several new engine parts the car is running like a dream.

Beautiful. Where did you import it from? Easy process? Difficult? I ask because of reasons.

Whoa, E30T in Texas! Where are you at?
I’m up in Dallas, imported a green E30 Touring almost two years ago now. Sold it, but this thing is making me have the wants all over again. Beautiful car!

To be fair, clean truck is happy truck too...
...but it never looks so good as when it’s dirty.

I actually bought the car when I was stationed in Germany. Owned it for the two years I was there and was my daily driver. When I came back to the US I was able to ship a car with me and since this was 27 years old at the time I had no problem shipping it back.

What’s the cost of shipping like? Or did the government cover it in your case.
