That looks to be in the Schlumpf collection in Mulhouse, France, judging by the heavily ornamented lampposts. Which means I’ve probably seen it when I was there, don’t remember it though, I was probably too overwelmed by all the Bugattis and the 959 Dakar.

This looks really pretty. As the wheels hint, it seems to use Peugeot 403 parts. For the standards of those days, 403 was extremely reliable and sturdy car, so this should be one too. But it’ll be a lot less sporty than it appears.
The light posts tell me that the pictures ar from Mulhouse. One more reason to go there.
