Title says all.
tore them all back to bare metal
laid down some self etching primer
then some 2in1 filler, sanding primer. Got one wet sanded down, need to do other 3 still. Once that is done, black base coat in prep for other colors.

It’s rare I see proper DIY stuff online....cheers to using self etch or “acid wash” to the oldheads!

What was Ford thinking with that goofy 108mm bolt pattern?
Nice that you’re doing it the right way! The finish should hold up.

Volvo used 108mm bolt pattern since at least the 200 series models. Has nothing to do with Ford.

Ford only used the 5-108 bolt pattern on a handful of cars. I figured the Volvo wheels were going on a Ford product because of the username.
I’m well aware of Volvo wheels running that bolt pattern. A mint condition 740 GLE 16v with Rigel wheels was one of many things I lost in the divorce.
