That’s all.

Something new happened to me in my (admittedly young) car buying life. The dealer wouldn’t sell me the car! They said it’s a demo for 6 months and the osmium gray one didn’t have luxury package and the wait for a maple brown is almost 6 months itself now.

That’sliterally what I thought!
Was like but what if I wanted to pay ful price? And he was like nope, want to sell it to you but I can’t.

It has renewed my waning faith in humanity that in this day and age there is a wait list for brown Volvo wagons.

Wuuut?
“I’d like to give you my money please?”
“No”
That’s crazy-talk.

Didn’t want to place an order for a V90?

You’re telling me!

Honestly, no. There was A LOT of wiggle room for an S90 but ordering a V90 is basically at cost and it costs more than an S90. If we’re being candid, I got almost 10k off the MSRP of a fully loaded Inscription (66k msrp). When working on the V90 the MSRP was 68k. The 2k premium over an S90 isn’t a big deal obviously, but there was no wiggle so it was 56kish or 66kish, I’m a buyer under 60 but not 65.

dude. tell me about it. And they weren’t even willing to negotiate on the Osmium Gray one (which didn’t have the lux package and thus USELESS).

Are there any other Volvo dealers around? Someone must want your money.

Sadly no! There’s only one of each dealer in this area.

That’s unfortunate :/

This is crazy talk lol Find a dealer in a 500 mile radius that will work with you.
Shop around, book a one way flight, drive back.
Or ask them to put it on a truck.
