Nooope. Got sick so I missed two workouts. Gonna have to really push myself next week to make up for it.

I need an Oppo nutrition challenge. I’ve been working out 3 days a week for the last month and a half and I can feel a significant improvement in my stamina. But I’m still 30lbs overweight because I can’t stop eating junk food. And I need to fit into my teeny tiny race car by April!

Yep. Got the new bike up and running, and I’ve been out four days in the last week, mostly at night. Being more or less bike-less for five months has taken its toll on my cardiovascular endurance, so I’m in the process of rebuilding that before doing anything too crazy time- or distance-wise. For the time being I’m sticking to snowmobile trails and towing my kids behind me on a sled around the neighborhood.

We’ve hit that hard. Cut way back on carbs and processed stuff. There are lots of options and it helps a lot. You don’t have to be perfect about it, but making an effort goes a long way.

Then along with 2 workouts, + 4 shoveling sessions I’m up to 6!
