It’s ridiculous and I love it.

I think dealers give those out for free, two of my high school friends had Subarus in college and one of them had gotten the badge. He never put it on though.

I checked lifestyle badges and I don’t know what the bros are going to do. No vape pen badge, no flat brim hat badge, no STI wing on an Impreza badge. Ughhh.

Damn, they’re really leaving out their primary demographic

I had one for my forester. I tried to get as many as they would let me have to make it ridiculous. I think i had 12. (it was never on my car, but on the rack fairing)

We still need to get a set for out Outback!

There’s a guy around here who is on his 9th Subaru. Only know because of these!

How long has this been a thing? I don’t think I’ve ever noticed them before

I loved them, we ordered them for my exe’s car. It really sales the “it’s not a car, it’s a lifestyle” thing.

Yeah it really does, whoever is in charge of marketing for Subaru is brilliant. Mazda should try to take a few pages from their book

They don’t know their clients since no 2 in the pink 1 in the stink badge.

Sad!

Having dealt with Subaru I fell in love. I will own their product. Mazda could definitely work that direction.

On the plus side, it’s a lot smaller than the typical “look how far I ran this one time, but I’m not going to say it directly and instead post a not-very-cryptic number in my back window” stickers, thus making it less likely for the driver of the vehicle to be vehicular manslaughtered by me.

It was half of the sales pitch when I dropped by to test drive one. Refusing to lower the price on a car that had to be jump-started sort of killed it for me though.

That’s sooooo Seattle/Portland/Boulder.

I remember a friend had an Impreza, he wanted to put a ski rack on it. He doesn’t ski, just likes “the look”.

I had one on my Zombie Wagon that had the “checkered flags”, “100k+” for miles (later replaced by 200+k), and the “wrench” because if I drove it like that I’d probably break something.

Is there a VW one? Badges for triple squares, torx bits, buyback, check engine lights, stretched timing chains,...

First mod they do is a badge delete, so it wouldn’t work out anyway.

Aw come on, somebody’s got to make a Miata badge with a bottle of fingernail polish, a comb, hair shears, and a blow-drier.
