A dignified choice for the empty-nester who takes life at a slightly more leisurely pace.

Who is also avante-garde enough to be sick of Automotive Window based tyranny. Why drive a car with a side window you can’t roll down and the need to crawl into it like some kind of burrowing woodland creature? Because FREEDOM, that’s why!

It looks rather like a two-door sedan version of the W140, which was something I never noticed about this generation on LS before ...

I feel like any coupe should have a slight rise in the beltline past the door, but that’s just me and frankly Lexus (apart from the OG SC) sucks at coupes , so they would not have done it correctly.

Messing with these two Lexii has made it readily apparent exactly who it was that Lexus was pilfering from in the 90s/early 00s.

Our clientele will accept neither reduced greenhouse space nor reduced visibility.

It makes for a very nice two door sedan then.

I actually wasn’t aware of your previous reworks, since I spend little time on Oppo these days due to incessant shitposting, but I find these what-ifs very entertaining.

You should make the hood longer, between the front wheels, and door. Lexus V1actually I just realized what’s really wrong. With the proportions, the door is too short.

Indeed, all I can see is this:
Where the first LS was kind of an updated W126, the 21st century model is really a W140 clone.

But Bruno Sacco himself said that the near-perfect W140 S-Klasse was ‘four inches too tall’, so checkmate.

I have three suggestions, if it’s possible with you.
Bentley Brooklands, Lincoln Mark VIII and Citroën C6.
Mainly because those cars have all the overhang.

Then take the whole roof off. No worries about visibility.
