Wait a year and you can. They built a huge number of these for a long period of time and I don’t believe there are any real achilles heels. As in: you can easily get a decent now 24 year old Twingo for very little money. Sub €1k even. I’m not familiar with rust problems and they don’t tend to be hooned to death by the 18 year old crowd.
