Oh that is lovely.
The detailing of the front in version 2 (less nice, methinks) has more than a passing similarity to the final DMC 12, for obvious reasons.

Chances are pretty good. I think all of those old Saginaw made columns were the same until some time in the 90s. Pretty certain with steering wheels from 1940's to the 90s you’d be good.
