Man, that’s stupid. I’m tired of seeing red/blue/green/orange halos/outlined lights, and it’s 99% on either pickups or Jeeps.

story time: I was parked at a red light, across the intersection a wrangler turned up with green, round, headlights. I legit almost proceeded through the intersection thinking I now had a green light.

Red lights on the front of a car will have your car taken off the road instantly by the police/vehicle inspectorate/highways agency here in the U.K., hell even red reflective is banned here on the front of a vehicle.
Highly stupid thing to do.

So yeah, guess I will wade in and put on my flame suit for a change. I have blue halo’s on my car. I thought they were cool at first. Way more blue than I though they would be though. I have had them on for about 2 years now and haven’t had anything said to me, but I don’t act like a fool to draw attention while I drive either so I get left alone.

Red lights on the front a vehicle in the US is not a legal modification, for obvious reasons. Blackout limo tint on the windshield is another brilliant idea too.

A truck I see often used to have blue halo LEDs like that, but last time I say them they were changed to amber. I guess the owner was tired of getting pulled over.
