Mustang was fat next to a Cayman. Now, seeing The Last Jedi, it’s fat next to an ‘96-98 SN95. Fatstang.

The color on that Cayman....

That cayman... I hope the current or next generation gets the 3.0t from the 911 (highly doubt it)

The last Star Wars movie I saw in the theatre, the SN95 could have been brand new.

No t please. Perhaps an na version of the 911 6 cyl. I love turbos, but modern factory turbo cars do not have any character.

Goodgod I thought my sn95 racecar was bloaty. Had no idea the new ones were that much bigger

I’d disagree! Some turbo cars do it right. I enjoy the N54 in my 335i. It makes turbo noises, is lag free, and is easily tuned.

It’s a personal thing, I strongly dislike the lag free deal. A little bit of lag is, to me, what adds all the fun to driving a turbo car

Ah I see. I’ve driven my friends single turbo swapped 335i and it is a riot. The turbo lag in that thing is amazing, you feel all 600whp once it hits lol.

That surge right when it spools is so addictive. Pair that to an external wastegate and an atmospheric BOV, you get all the noises

One of my friends has a 180sx he imported, and the thing is a beast. It is mildy stanced, has a Japanese body kit, and is purple, BUT it has an awesome built 1jz. It’s so loud and brutal, but god I love riding in that thing. Makes me want to just build a stupid crazy race car.

Yes! I’m picking up something stupid in the next week or so (friend of mine who owns a shop is selling off some of the projects). More power than any rational human needs, but I’ve been in love with the car since I first saw it years ago.

Bigger, yes, but also better-looking for it. Like a Testarossa versus a Dino, or a 959 compared to a 914.
