So great on the open road. Currently 400 miles into the 1300 mile drive back home.
My 3 am post may be slightly confusing. I already own the car. Driving home to visit family. Currently at 900 of 1300 miles after 13 hours. Getting about 24mpg with cruise set at 80. The run flat winter tires are HEAVY.

Yep, all the second-gen V70Rs were AWD (first-gen was available in FWD as well as AWD).
The engine is turbocharged I5. The base non-turbo version of this engine makes ~160 HP, the normal turbo version makes ~210, and the version in the R makes ~300.

Oh man. I’ve almost bought one of these a few times... but never has the right one come up at the right time for me. I fear now the prices on the really good ones are going up, and the rest are a maintenance nightmare waiting to happen... I wish you luck! Enjoy.
