There is not a single Acura Legend on my Craigslist. Not one. Either they are all dead, or whomever has one left just isn’t going to let it go.
Can anyone find me a Legend that runs and drives for under a grand?
Sidenote: missed out on a killer deal on a 2000 S70 today. I was just a few minutes late.

There’s a few on ours, but only one coupe and it’s ratty. But there’s an ‘87 Legend sedan with only 150k in Pueblo...

Come west, things usually get better in terms of older cars:

Atlanta has a pretty decent one:

I’m having trouble finding a good stock Integra myself. Old brands get to that point where they’re no longer a good value because everyone has either beaten them to death or modded them, and if you find one it commands a premium.

Are you willing to come up to Chicago? The 2nd one doesn’t really meet your running/driving requirement but look at it! Several more in the 1200-1500 ask range, I’m sure you could haggle down to your number.

That’s a good looking car. Proportions are just right.

There are 3 in DC. One with no pics for 1200, a mildly molested 2 door manual for 3500, and a 4 door for 1400

There is a coupe in Denver, although it has an unknown CEL for $750. There’s also a 5 speed ‘91 4 door, although no status is given about it’s driveability. The only other one on CL is a driver for $1250.
I missed out, really wanted to look at a 2002 Land Cruiser this past weekend. Decent price, and only 112k on it. As is typical with good deals, though, it was gone quickly.

These are great, one of the best designs of the era IMO. Craigslist is very, very dead in the winter in my area at least that’s for sure so hopefully more will pop up for ya in a couple months?

There’s one in Austin; ‘92, manual, 222k miles, relatively straight body aside from a caved passenger rear body panel and some front bumper damage, and I suspect the seats are trashed (ill-fitting seat covers are often a giveaway). He’s asking $1000 OBO.

Unrelated; there is also this for much, much more money:

Apparently every legend left is in the NYC Metro area.
