B16A2 for sale on FB marketplace, lots of similar markings, but the serial number was off by 2 digits, 218 vs 281. SO CLOSE!

It is not the first time someone does a nifty photoshop of a chassis number plate by swapping the numbers in the image (it famously happened with a classic 300 SL). You say it looks a lot like your engine and the engine number is the same, but with the last two digits in different order...? Draw your own conclusions.
It could be just coincidence though.
