Everybody wants these because of the mid-engined gullwing, but the best sporty Kei car of all time is the Minica Dangan ZZ-4. You can’t beat a micro-Evo with a 9,000 RPM redline.

Yes, you can get an Alto RS-R that’s also 4wd and revs to 10500 rpm instead, all that out of a 550cc engine producing 62hp (which was the most powerful engine per liter ever produced for many years :) )

Well, it looks like Citroen C3 Pluriels were introduced in 2003. I hope someone else in the Toronto area is weird enough to import one.
