It’d probably be even faster if it was driven by Randy Pobst, instead of the Scott Dixon nobody.
Also, if Randy Pobst is gone for more than three episodes, we riot.
Full review too.
Edit: Also they appear to have a transmission issue. I can relate!

I really want to drive one to see how it compares with the RS from a driving standpoint.

That and the Golf R too. From what I hear the Type-R and Golf R are a lot more livable than a RS. I think it would be interesting to see how they differ handling wise and such.

The Golf doesn’t interest me as much, even though I know the other two are also built in Europe. The RS sounds better, less garish (let’s be real here) and is the most widely available, but the CTR is faster and probably more reliable. So it would come down to how I like driving them.

One of my friends, who occasionally posts here, just got a Golf R , I haven’t heard anything negative about the ride but then again he just got.

They designed to look good on track, when you can’t get a good look at it!

In last month’s Car and Driver, they did a comparo between the two

Well technically the Focus RS has GKN Twinster awd.

I’d say it’s doing a fine job of it.

The RS is definitely a bone crusher. I drove my friend’s last week. It’s a blast, but the suspension is very much oriented for the track.

I’d pay the extra few thousand for a Camaro SS, thank you.

Now I wanna know which one has worse rear visibility.
