I drive to work up a street that runs behind a set of train tracks and has limited access (Whitman Street in Hayward) and as a result, gets many interesting cars abandoned there and also many interesting wrecks because people have contests of speed on that street. Not sure which category this car falls into, but it’s ugly.

That’s a decent candidate to wrench on...I would love to have it in my driveway... wife would kill me, but she will kill me sooner or later anyway

Hook it up to a car dolly and tow that home, very easy fix. Buy an upper control arm and replace it. Comes with a ball joint, $30 max. Rare to find coupes that clean (just replace a fender) and that one ready for an H22A swap.
