Donald Trump is a man with no shame. We know that because every single tweet he writes - every single one - is replied to with an endless stream of middle fingers. Hundreds of them!
Imagine posting something to oppo and no matter what it is, you get hundreds of replies that are all, ‘fuck you, fuck you, fuck you, fuck you, fuck you’. Imagine the people you associate with getting the same treatment just because they hang with you and the crowd knows it. Like...if that were me I’d throw away all of my computing equipment and move to the arctic circle.

what ever he did must have been nuts to get dropped like that

This is one of the least surprising announcements so far, IMO. For many years there have been rumors about him. I always thought he was a little sleazy behind the professional facade. I also still can’t believe the guy who hosted CNN’s The Hollywood Minute segment ended up being an anchor.

Wheres John Goodman when you need him to tell Donny to shut the fuck up.

He’s more surprising than Louis CK and Jeremy Piven, but not by much.

Good call. Both of those guys just oozed sleaze, and I’ve been semi-fans of them for a long time.

I think we as men need to own up to the fact that we have invariably sexually harassed or assaulted someone in our lifetimes. This could have been an act of passion or an act excuse by that old adage “boys will be boys” but nevertheless the male population has been able to get away with this toxic behavior. I think we have reached a tipping point in which we all must atone for our misdeeds and ensure that the harassment and assaults no longer continue.

Zero hyperbole in this statement.

Is he actually a Russian troll?

At least we still have Tom Hanks:

And Garrison Kiellor, now. What the hell.

Yes, but did Trump actually do any of that stuff? Where’s the proof? (Someone at church actually asked me that this past Sunday, which reminded me of why I don’t talk about the current president at church.)
Remember: after Dude massacred 17 people at the school in Florida, this is the Op who called for us all to wait until the facts were out before we jumped to any conclusions. I thought that concluding 17 people had been mowed down with an AR-15 at a high school was a reasonable conclusion to make, but maybe not.

On his better days, perhaps.

@realdonaldtrump is a Twitter account maintained by a Russian troll.

I think you’re onto something here, but I’d put it differently. I think many or most men have probably sexually harassed someone or said something insensitive, but in many cases, by accident.
Rather than atone for our misdeeds, we men need to own the current situation and step forward when a coworker is being a dick and call them on it in a helpful, constructive way.

Mr. Mueller undoubtedly is.

Uhhh...I think you replied to the wrong thing?
![]() 02/21/2018 at 13:50 |

No, I replied to you because you were talking with that other Op. He’s a good guy, but his defense of some things is downright nutty sometimes.

Ok, I wasn’t following why you were replying to my Matt Lauer post from a couple months ago with a thing about the FL school shooting. I’ve largely kept out of any posts about that here as my opinion of guns is that we should melt them all down right after repealing the second amendment.
Assuming you’re referring to the person I think you’re referring to, they do an occasionally decent impersonation of “being reasonable” while saying many incorrect/unreasonable things.
Most of those interactions between he and I end with him saying I misquoted something I didn’t misquote, him misquoting something else as evidence of my supposed misquoting, me correcting his misquoting, and him not responding.
Best I can tell it’s a symptom of forming an opinion first and trying to find something that’ll reinforce it, rather than researching first and coming to a conclusion second.

I don’t share your view on the Second Amendment, but I respect it.
Yeah, that other guy knows a lot, but he gets himself into some ridiculous contortions. He’s mellowed a good deal in recent weeks and months, though.
45 isn’t fit for polite company, let alone fit to serve as POTUS. I love how he pokes the hornets’ nest of the media, then his minions whine when he is repeatedly stung.
