They don’t share a platform. The Stelvio is on the Giorgio platform like the Giulia and competes with the Macan. The Levante is on the Ghibli/Quattroporte platform (which is not the same as the 300 and Durango) and competes with the Cayenne.

Maserati is going to drop their platform for the Giorgio and donate it to Dodge and Jeep for the next Grand Cherokee, Charger, and so on. This is why we are 95% certain Alfa and Maserati are spinning off since the Giulia has unique switchgear from any Chrysler product.
