I ventured into the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! because all the parking space in the higher floors was taken. I think those are the rental spaces? (the once you pay for monthly) there’s a very fancy residential building across the street too.

Well, whoever owns it probably just wants to be thrifty, after all, A common theme in Mexican car culture is that appearances are more important than capability.
It probably runs on the finest-walmart oil and wears stretched Minerva tyres.
I bet the sucker isn’t even registered, he just gets temps every time he wants to go out....
