Sometimes it seems like OfferUp is as sketchy or more sketchy than CL. Should Chico be given props for trying to make some money or shamed because he’s tacking $30 onto a widely available product just hoping someone is dumb enough?

I mean, if you’re too lazy to spend 14 seconds searching the price of one on the ultranets, I guess that’s on you.

I think they are trying to sell an unlocked version where all the crap is free or something. Where you search movies and shows and just stream them instead of having to pay for subscription services.

Maybe they have some tweaked firmware for accessing things illegally but just can’t say that out loud.

Yeah the second photo hints to it. A coworker had one and told me I had to get one....

I don’t watch much tv anyway so I never bothered with it.

Since these run on Android, it’s a rooted Firestick with Kodi installed (although rooting isn’t necessary).

If that something you want, you could learn to do it yourself by consulting the Google, or pay someone to set it up in advance so it’s ready to go from the moment you turn it on (VPN HIGHLY recommended).

$20 is normally the standard add-on price, so the extra $10 maybe for rooting, selling complete, etc.
