On Friday night, some jackass was shooting at cars on I-35 with some sort of rifle. He wounded three, including a 7y0 girl who is in critical condition. The last shooting took place at the exit for my neighborhood. And there was that guy who walked into a Walmart last week and killed three people. I’d just stay home, but assholes are killing people sitting in their living rooms, too.

We had a guy shooting cars on various freeways over a few month period in Phoenix. They never found thise responsible.

I wish I had an answer for you. On the positive side, we will have forgotten all about it in a week or so. Does anybody talk about the Las Vegas shooting any more? And that was the worst mass shooting in our history. These things have become nothing more than a blip in the news cycle.

Their congregation was usually about 50-60 people in attendance. 24 injured, 27 dead. That sub-human thing must have stood in the doorway, the only exit, and hit everyone in the room.

This seems to happen on a regular basis, and EVERY TIME its the same response. #Thoughts and prayers, #PrayforSutherland until most people forget/stop caring about it, and nothing is done to stop it from happening again. I’m sick of nothing changing, and going through this same cycle that we have gone through over and over and over again.

Every time something like this happens in America (which is basically weekly now) I feel safer here with the all the drug dealers than with all the maniacs and sociopaths there. At least drug dealers (mostly) keep the killing to themselves.

It drives me insane when people pipe up and shout, ‘it’s our right to bear arms’, ‘you can’t change the constitution’, etc....

First, that amendment was brought in at a very different time when it was necessary to have arms.

The constitution can be changed and has, the right to bear arms is itself an amendment, and when they say you can’t change an amendment, just look at the prodibision of alcohol, which was amended in and then another done to take it out.
