4 days old..
It had a good run..
In other news the Scanguage is in, I’ve got to update it to talk to the 2017 Transmission Temps though; version 4.08 to v 4.22 or higher..

I got a crack in my Miata’s windshield over the summer. Had the windshield replaced on a Monday afternoon. The brand new windshield got a rock chip in it the very next morning. I was livid.

Drove the old truck for 6 years without even a chip - 4 days into this one and it looks like I’ll be getting a new windshield..

Can you not get the chip filled in? I had to pay the full price of the initial windshield replacement, but my insurance will cover chip repairs at no cost to me.

I’ve done it the same in the 3rd Gen as the 2nd Gen and our Subaru - that is using the supplied velcro and sticking it on the top of the steering column. Using the rear cable jack and the rest of the cable tucked back under the steering column and down to the obdii plug.
It’s out of the way and easy to see, plus doesn’t look like anything important to walker bys.
