On !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Seller just texted, his buyer got cold feet at the last possible second and backed out, literally at the bank. I’m gonna go test drive the car in a few hours and try to re-schedule a PPI for later this week. Wish me luck!

Don’t do that to me. For a second, I thought you might actually buy the car shown, and I was getting psyched. My old heart can’t take that kind of excitement.
Anyway, good luck.

Sorry about that.
The mystery maching in question is of (vaguely) similar performance and rarity, but not nearly as cool.

I basically ruled out the 1st gen TSX when I discovered that I could, with a little patience, get a loaded-up, much newer Chevy Cruze for not much more money.

That’s where they get ya, then you have to drive a Chevy Cruze!

For my purposes, they are. Both are FWD, 4-cylinder small sedans with comfy seats that are not that fast and not *that* entertaining to drive. The Cruze just has more modern features.

Features < quality, reliability and peice of mind
Although enjoy the car if you do get it!

The Acura is built in Japan to Japanese standards. The Cruze comes with horrendous panel gaps from the factory.
You do you, though.
